Notice for Cascade Township Board of Review | Business

The taxpayers of Cascade Charter Township are hereby notified that the Board of Review shall meet for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the 2012 Cascade Charter Township Assessment Rolls.
Meetings will be held at Cascade Township offices on the following dates in accordance with Michigan State Laws:
MONDAY, MARCH 12, 2012 AND TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 2012
Appointments will begin at 9:00 a.m. on March 12. Appointments may be made by calling (616) 949-6176 starting March 1st. Non-residents may appeal by letter to be received no later than March 12. Residents may appear in person or by representative.
PROPERTY RATIO FACTORS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 165 of the Public Acts of 1971, the current Analysis for Equalized Valuation submitted to Kent County indicates a ratio of assessed to true cash value of fifty percent (50%) for all classes. Based upon this, it is estimated that the assessment equalization factor for 2012will be 1.0000 for all classes.
