CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- Kent County deputies are alerting people in Cascade Township to be on the lookout for a man who is illegally exposing himself to others -- something that he's apparently been doing since 2007.

The Sheriff's Department issued a community alert Thursday about the indecent exposure incidents along 28th Street between Patterson Avenue and Cascade Road.  Deputies say there have also been similar incidents around 36th Street and I-96.

The alert states that there have been dozens of incidents dating back to 2007.  Deputies believe one person is responsible for the majority of the offenses.

The suspect is described as a 30-45 year old white man who is about six feet tall with a slender build.  The incidents mostly occur between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m.

If someone observes an incident of this nature, they are asked to call 911 immediately.  People can also contact the Kent County Sheriff's Department detective bureau at (616) 632-6125.
