(WZZM) We have compiled this list of businesses, both local and national, that are offering specials to veterans on Veterans Day.  You are advised to check with the business BEFORE going there, as some national businesses may be subject to local manager's decisions or have other qualifying restrictions.  Also, different restaurants are asking for different means of identification.

The Rapid - The Rapid will be offering free rides for veterans on Sunday (Veterans Day) and Monday (Veterans Day observed). To ride for free, passengers would have to show one of the following: DD214 card/form, Veteran ID card, or VFW membership card.
